ACCOUNT TOP UP INFORMATION

In an effort to make our prepaid pricing more accessible, we have switched over to an account top up program. As long as your account credit is over $100 on invoicing day, you will receive discounted pricing. Please note, any account credit is NON-REFUNDABLE.

MINIMUM TOP UP AMOUNTS

When your credit drops below $100, send through the minimum top up amount (or more!) to boost your credit and maintain discounted pricing.

Minimum Amounts:

- $350 for single dogs

- $600 for double dogs

We recommend $420 for single dogs and $750 for double dogs, as that is approximately 10 hikes. However, as long as the amount is the minimum or more, you will qualify for prepaid pricing.

Please note, amounts transferred which are below minimum do not qualify for prepaid pricing, and hikes will be billed at full price.
